Refund Policy

  • Niraha does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team by emailing us at helpniraha@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/phone at +91 9082344650. Our team will guide you through the process.
  • Niraha offers exchanges only for size-related issues.
    • Size exchanges are permitted only once per order
    • Refunds will not be provided for size or fit issues
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
    • In its original condition
    • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
    • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
      Niraha reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
  • In case of a return, a shipping charge of 150 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover reverse shipping costs.
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.
  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the customer’s bank account after receiving the returned product.
    • COD charges are non-refundable
  • Once a return or exchange request is initiated, the process will begin within 2–3 working days.
    • After the product is received at our facility and passes quality inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–3 working days
    • We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order
